JON W. GREEN is a partner in the law firm of Green, Savits & Lenzo, LLC. He concentrates in the practice of employment law and civil rights litigation exclusively on behalf of employees. He is admitted to State and Federal Court in New Jersey and New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, and to the U.S. Courts of Appeals, Second and Third Circuits. He has been designated as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. 

Mr. Green is a member of the American Bar Association, where he was Co-Chair of the Employment and Labor Relations Law Committee of the Litigation Section. He was Co-Chief Editor of the ABA Employment Litigation Deskbook, in which he co-wrote chapters on Summary Judgment and Trial Preparation. He was also the Co-Chief Editor of the ABA's Model Jury Instructions on Employment Law published in 2005. He is also a Master in the Sidney Reitman Employment Law American Inn of Court.  He speaks and writes frequently about employment law issues both in New Jersey and nationally.  In 2007, he was named Co-Chair of the Electronic Discovery Subcommittee of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar's Labor and Employment Law Section.  He has been selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer in Employment Litigation for the last four years.

Mr. Green's experience in employment law litigation includes favorable trial verdicts in cases of sexual harassment, color and age discrimination and retaliatory discharge, including the following cases:

He has also been involved in a number of ground-breaking appellate decisions either as counsel of record or as amicus curiae before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division and in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
