Green, Savits & Lenzo filed a lawsuit on behalf of Kaare Eileraas asserting claims for executive severance pay and age discrimination against his former employer, Ceres Terminals. Specifically, the case involves allegations that Ceres fired Mr. Eileraas because of his age and then denied him the severance pay to which he was entitled.
